Minneapolis-based U.S. immigration lawyer Andrew David founded David Immigration Law PLLC in 2015. Andrew’s many years of U.S. immigration experience include working for one of the largest international law firms in the United States, and a large multinational firm in Melbourne, Australia.

Andrew advises individuals, businesses, and large multinational companies on U.S. immigration law and procedure. He prepares applications and petitions filed before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). He has worked with businesses and individuals to develop immigration strategies across numerous industries, including engineering, healthcare, agribusiness, energy, information technology and more.

As a dual citizen of Australia and first-generation American, Andrew has also lived the U.S. immigration experience personally. Practice Manager

Kelsey joined David Immigration Law in 2015. She is a dual national of the U.S. and Australia and spent many years managing international education programs for Australian universities. She manages finance, H.R., marketing, and business development for the firm.

  Andrew was great. He was very knowledgeable on the visa category I am opting for. The interview I had with him was conducted in a very friendly and professional manner, and all the questions I asked were thoroughly answered.
