MADE THE IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE

I honestly don't know where to begin.
I approached Andrew and the team from David Immigration Law in April of 2021. We had no idea how we would achieve this and didn't have a Visa of any kind in mind. We literally knew nothing of the process or where to begin.

After our first 30 minute call with Andrew (who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional), Andrew made us a game plan on a couple of ways that we could potentially obtain a Visa.

This then lead to us realizing the best pathway for us was an E-2 investment Visa and we started making moves in that direction.

Thirteen months go by and we had a much better idea of what we were going to do to successfully obtain an E-2.

Once of the best things about Andrew is his ability to explain a lot of "unknowns" (and in words you can understand) about the Visa process, including the fact that there was no exact investment amount that was known where an E-2 Visa would suddenly be accepted.

He set our expectations on the likelihood of success given our circumstances at every step of the way.

Finally we were able to actually start the process and engage Andrew formally. When we spoke to Andrew again thirteen months after our initial consultation, it was as though we had just spoken the day before. Andrew knew exactly what we were after, and we just picked up the conversation exactly where we left off.

Once starting the process of getting our documents together, Andrew began to advise us on how we should make our investments, how much they should ideally be, and how the investments should be diversified (so the majority isn't spent on one item, but spread out).

Andrew also made it very clear that we should be careful to not make any investments until we ran them by him first. By doing this, every single investment that I made I made with extreme confidence and ease, knowing that an expert of the Visa system was right behind every decision.

During the process of putting the actual physical application together, I was introduced to Brooke. Talking to Brooke was like talking to Andrew. Friendly, knowledgeable, precise, punctual and available for my questions. The transitioning between talking to Andrew and talking to Brooke blended seamlessly, and both knew what the other had said in previous correspondence.

Brooke answered every single question I had (without exception) to the letter, and in a way that I could understand.

Finally when it came time to submit the application and book the appointment, the ease of the process was exactly the same. There are a lot of hoops to jump through for an E-2 Visa, and actually obtaining an appointment was made infinitely easier by Brooke and Andrew's EXTREME attention to detail.

Not a single hair was out of place with this application, and this was confirmed by our actual consulate visit.

Just before the consulate appointment, Andrew took time to coach me through what would happen during the interview. All of these points had already been made but the fact that Andrew still took time out of his day to explain everything to me again on the day before the interview is something that I appreciated.

The interviewer asked for several very niche documents that we weren't aware we needed (documents that weren't listed anywhere), but because we engaged Andrew and Brooke we had every single thing they asked for.

There was not a single time that I felt slightly out of my depth with the application process, getting the Visa, or even the renewal process we'll have to go through years down the line.

We got our Visa in a 4 minute interview because of how well put together the Visa was (which is what we were told) and we walked out of the door ecstatic.

Before talking to Andrew I thought all was lost on ever returning to the U.S. I made the mistake of consulting "Mr Google" and found myself totally despondent and in such a panic. Even after my first consultation with Andrew he answered all my questions and he assuaged all my concerns.
